About Us
Wester Sydney Pool Fence Inspections is part of the Sherlock Home Inspections Pty Ltd group. We are a small family business base in Orchard Hills near Penrith and have been carrying Pre Purchase Building Inspections for more than 15 years.
We have developed a good working relationship with a number of Real Estate Agents, Conveyancers and Solicitors largely in the Penrith, St Clair, Hawkesbury and Mulgoa/Silverdale areas. We have also been providing our services to a number of Solicitors and Conveyancers in many areas of Sydney over this time.
We have developed a reputation for being, efficient, reliable, diligent and punctual. We also have good communication skills and are always happy to discuss matters and have clients on site at the time of the inspections.
