If on the first inspection the barrier is non compliant, in addition to the certificate of non compliance you will receive a detailed report including photos explaining why the barrier is non compliant and recommendations to make it compliant.
A second inspection is then required after repairs have been made.
First inspection - $250
Second inspection (if required) - Additional $150
